After getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from Indiana University of South Bend I moved to Las Vegas to start my career in the mortgage business back in 2003. I started with Wells Fargo Financial as a Loan Officer and was promoted to management after years of being a top producer. There I hired and trained new loan officers while in charge of branch production and compliance. Since that time, I have helped many people achieve their dreams of home ownership. A great deal has changed in the mortgage industry since that time. That experience allows me to help clients navigate the lending process confidently and get my clients the best deal for their ever-changing needs. I'm happy to be with a progressive company like United Mortgage where I feel like I can truly grow my business. In my down time I am still a fitness junkie after years of being a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Counselor. I have always found my sanctuary in the gym. I enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors with my girlfriend. We have been social distancing since way before it was trendy!

Lisa Richter

Lisa Richter is a Mortgage Loan Officer and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management at University of Phoenix. She has seven years’ of banking experience as a Branch Manager where she led a team to reach product and services goals. Due to the branch always reaching their goals the tools they created and used were used as examples to help assist other branches reach their goals. Lisa implemented tools to not only meet all sales goals, but to ensure the branch met an exceptionally high standard in all branch and loan audits. Lisa left the financial business when the market crashed to work for a slot gaming company working on developing and building reports to merge multiple companies into one for the sales and marketing team for their progressive game. After leaving the gaming world, she decided to go back to her roots in finance as a mortgage loan officer. Lisa is an extremely motivated individual who is devoted to ensure every client’s experience in their home purchase and/or refinance is as effortlessly as possible.
